I've continued to work on a particle rain system in Maya, just nodes and expressions. -26 August 2005-

 

I'm working on some graphics for Fan Made Fallout, this is the first of probably a lot. I'm trying to push my detailing and texturing skills. Base model in Maya, textures and displacement in Z-brush, rendered in Maya. -18 August 2005-

 

I created a little animation with procedural shaders combined with some text. Bump,Displacement and some DOF were the main elements. -05 july 2005-

 

I've finished a project that involved creating waterdrops on a window, mostly tracking and compositing for a graduating film student. - 07 May 2005 -

 

I got a big kick out of designing the lava shader (entirely procedural). And when I mixed all the finished renderpasses together, I got another one ;) - 02 May 2005 -

 

I was playing with some particles because I felt like it :) They're still my favourite part of 3d. - 27 March 2005 -

 

I'm working on the facial blend shapes, I also did a little test: layered bump maps triggered by the blendshapes. (for now it's still bump, z-brush displacement maps triggered by blendshapes will be 'the next step' :) -26 March 2005-

More work on textures, also added mouth detail. I ran into a funny photoshop-maya compatibility error (easely solved, but I thought it was funny 'cause this time I wasn't trying to make something gruesome (for a change), the programme did it for me :) -it's the red one ;) ) - 16 March 2005 -

Working on the textures of my roman guy, only color so far. - 02 March 2005 -

 

I did a reconstruction of a Ufo for a student film project by Jeff Otte. The geometry was simple, the lightning effects proved more difficult. Rendered out in different passes and composited them back together. - 28 feb 2005 -

 

I'm currently modeling a character, a Roman emperor, which I hope to use in a Lip-sync animation. - 24 feb 2005 -

 

Currently still in the modeling phase, but did some quickrender tests to taste the mood. 25 jan 2005 -
